Dr. D’Arco earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from South College after completing a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science at Florida Gulf Coast University. A Naples, FL native, she was drawn to the profession through her own recovery from sports injuries and her experience caring for elderly relatives with mobility challenges. She has extensive clinical experience in both acute care and outpatient orthopedics, is certified in group fitness instruction, and has a background in youth athletic coaching. Known for her sharp clinical skills and compassionate approach, Dr. D’Arco delivers innovative, results-driven rehabilitation to help people of all ages stay active, independent, and pain-free. Outside the clinic, she enjoys weightlifting, recreational sports, and staying at the forefront of advancements in physical therapy.

Mr. Madison is a LSVT certified clinician, which is a high level training program that helps improve balance and Parkinson’s Disease deficits. He is a clinician who has a passion for helping people achieve their goals and living an active lifestyle. Mr. Madison is a 2018 graduate from Concorde Career Institute in Miami Florida and has attained experience in a diverse array of orthopedic and neurological conditions. Having achieved his Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration from Ohio Northern University, he provides a unique outlook into the future of healthcare management. Mr. Madison ties his love for physical therapy back to his days of competitive running, and overall enjoyment of athletics. Originally from Ohio, he was active in his community and continues to enjoy an active lifestyle with his wife, Juliana, and dog in Naples, FL. Mr. Madison’s manual techniques, orthopedic expertise, and caring nature fit well with our RehabWorks mission, and we are very fortunate to have him as part of our team!
Rehabilitation Specialist
Debbie is a native of the Chicago suburbs who earned her Associate of Applied Science degree from Morton College in 1984, majoring as a Physical Therapist Assistant. She went on to receive a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Management from Governors State University in 1996, and later earned a Master of Health Science degree with a concentration in Higher Education from Nova Southeastern University in 2014.
Debbie moved to Naples, Florida, in 2003. Throughout her extensive career, she has worked in a wide range of physical therapy settings, including outpatient orthopedics, work hardening, aquatic therapy, inpatient rehabilitation, acute care, and home health. Her true passion lies in outpatient orthopedics, and she is proud to be part of the RehabWorks team. Her diverse background brings exceptional skill and expertise to our practice.
As a former instructor in the Physical Therapist Assistant program at Hodges University, Debbie helped shape and mentor many of the PTAs now serving in our community. She specializes in hands-on orthopedic care and manual therapy, with particular expertise in shoulder, knee, and hip rehabilitation.
Debbie resides in Naples and enjoys maintaining her property in Golden Gate Estates, gardening, spending time with her dog Taz, and being with family and friends. She has also been an instructor at Naples Motorcycle Riding School and is an active member of Gator Alley ABATE, a motorcycle rights organization.
Naples resident Mark Pierce is the co-founder of RehabWorks Physical Therapy & Rapid Recovery Centers, based in Naples, Florida. His diverse experience in healthcare, education, and business has been instrumental in driving strategic growth and innovation in patient recovery, with a focus rooted in the mechanics of rehabilitation. His commitment to exceptional service led to the creation and trademarking of “Hospitality Care”™, a unique, customer-centered approach that remains central to RehabWorks’ mission. A unique highlight of his career is his devotion to a daughter with high-functioning autism, which inspired him to acquire a private school and consult with local schools on effective accommodations for children with special needs, particularly those on the autism spectrum. Since 2013, Mark, his wife Lynne, and their five children have called Naples home. Lynne, who holds a degree in accounting and has experience as a healthcare human resources specialist, now supports Mark and his partner at RehabWorks Physical Therapy & Rapid Recovery Centers.
Lynne is a key figure at Rehabworks Physical Therapy & Rapid Recovery Centers, where her extensive experience in the healthcare industry has been instrumental in driving operational and financial success. Her career began in the realm of Human Resources, equipping her with vital skills in workforce management and organizational development. Transitioning to roles in Accounting and Finance, Lynne demonstrated her prowess in steering financial strategies and operations in large healthcare institutions.
